We had our pool re-plastered and tiles changed out. It turned out beautiful!! Miles was wonderful to work with. He has been very responsive and professional during and after our pool was completed. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the work and outcome.

Every aspect of our pool remodel has been handled with great professionalism. They provided us with detailed information at each step of the process so we knew exactly what to expect and what we should and should not do during each phase. I am very pleased with the outcome and look. We are anxious to have the cure period finished so we can use it (at least the spa to start).

12k Pool plaster remodel with 11k deck overlay and 9k Equipment started 2/2022 Pool refill in May. Original pool put in 1981. Now regret deck overlay due to cracking 10/2023, slow to repair, leaving me to pay. Looking back, should have stained existing pool deck. Overlay contractor, DeckORate Concrete N Richland Hills ; didn't include expansion joint mastic and did a poor job at cutting expansion joints to prevent cracking. Our pool was losing water at a rapid rate. The technician, Chris V. first took time to listen to the recent repair history and then diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. Fortunately the solution was a check valve replacement. He also assessed the equipment overall and came upon another issue. He took time to explain it to me and followed up with the office to insure everyone was informed of the issue. Chris V was courteous and professional in every way and I would highly recommend his services.
