I received exceptional care at this urgent care center. The nursing staff and clinician listened to what I had to say and treated me accordingly. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse, x-ray technician and provider were very kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend this facility.

I have come here a few times over the past two years and this last time brought my toddler son. They took excellent care of him and were both friendly and professional. They even have a room for kids which has a space-theme with planets and stars on the walls. The nurse did great with the tests he had to run to figure out what illness my son had. My first time here with my kid and I was super happy with the quickness and staff. I was nit seem at freedom Urgent care who wouldnt even check me in! I came here and in less than an hr we were in and out! Quick diagnosis and amazing staff. I plan to keep coming here!

AMAZING staff. I called on Saturday at 5pm, made an appointment for 6:25, waited until 7 for the room and checkup, walked out before 8. Yes it was busy but the entire staff was working hard all evening and it got full quickly. I was covered by my insurance & I was prescribed exactly what I needed. Nothing like the Urgent Care back home in Houston! Efficient processes, friendly staff and clean facilities. Would highly recommend office replace low energy television viewing with calm zen music to keep stress levels low while waiting and worrying about your medical condition.

The staff were kind and courteous along with being professional. The nurse who took vitals of my son was absolutely an angel since my son was throwing a tantrum. She was super great with him especially since it was for the covid test. The Provider Mark Montelongo was absolutely patient and great as well. I definitely recommend coming here if you plan to get your covid test taken or for anything else in general. Thank you.

Made appointment for noon. Got a text message after checking in saying I was next. NOT! At 12:30 I was told there were two people ahead of me!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I cancelled and am now looking elsewhere.

Well the nurse was kind, professional and I felt her kind care while but the doctor spent maybe 10 seconds with me. She never approached me or looked at me. ?????? She refused to order needed blood tests. I came here because I don't see my primary till December and I know I need bloodwork. She was, what I could tell in all of 10 seconds, rude, arrogant and never let me speak. I gather she is a narcissist. So I go untreated. Great work doc. Way to honor your oath. Front desk individual lacks professionalism. Poor customer service. I went in for a DOT physical and was sent home with paperwork that wasn't filled out nor signed. Called office & was treated w/ rudeness & nonchalance by the front desk individual. Definitely should have spent a few extra dollars and went to elsewhere. Horrible service and experience.
