Check in is quick and easy, especially if you've been here before. Waiting room has never been crowded, nor wait long the couple times I've been in. My provider was kind, efficient, thorough, and listened to me. Only bad thing is they don't require masks (especially during an uptick in rsv/flu/covid and people coming in sick....) at least the nurses and providers wear them.
Came to this location in Killeen after trying the one in cove but they had a 2.5 hour wait. It was definitely worth the drive. Intake was quick and I waited maybe 20 minutes after paying my copay. The nurse was super nice and after she did my vitals/intake it maybe took 10 minutes for the PA to come in. He was extremely helpful and caring. I ended up having strep and an ear infection ): but he made sure that with my cough that I had what I needed for my asthma as well like my rescue inhaler. Staff here is by far the best in the area. Amazing when it comes to patient advocacy and care. The Seton ER staff should be taking lessons from these professionals. Highly recommended!
