Never in my life have I ever had to experience such ignorance when walking into a building. I went to this urgent care clinic, the waiting room was full. Thats fine. I talked to the receptionist and she gave us two options, wait 2-3 hours or come back at 5:15 because she had an opening and could get us in, she asked my last name and everything. Walked in and had to wait for the overweight lady at the desk to finish her personal phone call on her cell. I briefly explained my issue and she sighed and rolled her eyes at me. I just turned around and walked out. Definitely do not recommend this place.

Literally the worst urgent care you can go to. If I were you reading this- I'd go to freedom. Or literally anywhere else. $125 just to see the doc. Not including any routine tests. Any type of test they need to do is an additional $50 per test. Showed up 10 min early for a 9:30 appointment. Wasn't seen by the "doctor" until 9:50. It's 9:52 and she's already done her "diagnoses" and told me that I should take over the counter allergy medicine (I've never had allergies in my life) and that it should clear up soon. Wow. Don't bother making an appointment or showing up early, you'll still wait for over an hour to get seen! Started to think they'd forgotten I was there. It's not the first time this has happened either. At least they have appointments, usually for the same day, but that's about the only nice thing.

Had a walk in Appoinment at 5:30 kept skipping us these is crazy never coming here again never the worst customer service ever

I came to the clinic earlier today to have a physical done for my daughter for volleyball. But the young lady at the front with wild hair told me there was a two hour wait and to come back at 7 PM. I came back at 7 PM only for her to tell me that they were no longer taking walk-ins when I could've easily made an appointment and or stayed . This is very unprofessional and I do not recommend using them. It was a waste of my time, my daughters time and gas. If I could give them zero stars I would!

Their list of "accepted insurances" is misleading. My carrier was listed and I chose to schedule an appointment after work. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that they attempted to contact me several times to inform me that they couldn't see me due to not being "credentialed" with my insurance. While I did receive a phone call no message had been left by said receptionist. I was offered to goto the Cove clinic but chose a competitor due to knowing that the other clinic accepts my carrier.

I really hate to complain, but we came with a sick 1 year old this afternoon and we were turned away because he had a fever and the door keepers were worried about his "flu like symptoms". He has had a cough and a high fever. Will cry for 30 min to an hour which is not like him at all. However, you advertise on social media that you treat the flu and to come by for treatment! Since we were turned away we had to go to the ER where he was diagnosed with hand foot and mouth. Very poor service and false advertising!
