My son had a stomach virus and not only did the front desk staff make sure he didn't have to wait in the lobby long, as soon as we got there, there was a nurse who immediately came out and held the door open for us and got us back immediately. Once in the back, everything moved very quickly, yet they were very thorough. I had MULTIPLE people checking in on my son (he was dehydrated).
