I have been waiting for two hours now to take a prescheduled drug test . This is super ridiculous. Not only that others who got here later than my self have been called back . When they were only here for ten minutes!
Husband took himself and our daughter to be checked out and my husband was told his insurance was out and he had a bill so they wouldn’t see him. He then asked if they’d check our daughters insurance and still have her seen and the blonde lady REFUSED to even check my daughters insurance. We went down the road to convenient care instead and SURPRISE SURPRISE both of their insurances are active and working just fine. Go to an urgent care that has seasoned nurses that listen to the patient.
Do not go here. The front desk lady is the rudest I’ve ever talked to. Does not need to work around people. Three hour visit, accomplished nothing, not sure what’s wrong so they tell her to go to the ER. Waste of time and money. I don’t ever write reviews but people need warned.
