We were very happy. We talked to several people and got bids from 3 of them and they were the best bid. We thought we got a very good price from them. I would say it was an excellent experience, we've been very happy with it. They were punctual, very clean and cleaned up. The company was very responsive, the estimator and the installers all showed up when they said, always a few minutes early. The only issue we had was that the manufacturer had sent the wrong pattern for the small window, so they installed the big one and had to come back to install the smaller window. But they returned today, and it took very little time. Both times the guys were very respectful of our bamboo floors and completely cleaned up after their work was done. They are very responsive, professional and reliable. They did a great job. Their prices are excellent. They replaced 7 seven windows and a door. I've used them for quite a few years.
The seals in my old windows had all gone bad. Intermountain (Darryl) came out to check them out and estimate replacing them. They were being replaced under warranty, but I also wanted to upgrade the glass to low-E and argon-filled for improved energy efficiency. The whole process went very smoothly, from estimating, preparing a bid, taking the critical measurements, and delivering and installing the new glass, and cleaning up. It was easy to contact them, and they were punctual. They were easy to work with, and gave good service. We did have to wait for one window to be reordered but they took care of that. They took care of everything they said they would take care of. Intermountain Glass put all new windows, and sliding glass doors, in a house that we were selling.
Involved 2 estimate visits and 2 installation visits..all on time and professional. Replaced 13 windows that were 20 years old and had broken seals...involved opening wood frames and inserting new sealed units. Also involved 2 special order units. Very prompt and clean job. Not the lowest estimate but lower than 3 others...no extra charges or surprises.
They were the lowest. It was a difficult job and they did great. They were working three floors up. I felt the price was fair. They were very responsive. They were friendly guys and I would recommend. They put in two picture windows for me. One was the middle between two sliding windows. The other was 6 feet by 40 inches high. It was on the third floor. The first piece didn't fit because the previous glass wasn't squared off. They had to reorder, but didn't charge me.

This company was very professional. They came out and gave an estimate, which is exactly what we ended up paying. They warned us upfront that they are very busy at this time of year, and that it would be a month before they could install the windows. The installers arrived a little early to put the windows in, and did a very good job. They were also friendly, nice, and professional. We're quite happy with the sliding door and window they put in.
