Medical assistants were friendly and helpful. Dr. Bruce as usual, was her excellent self.
I have been seeing Dr. Hou for quite some time. I trust him and I believe he is an excellent physician: caring and trustworthy. If I have reservations it is with the people that man the front counter. There have some really good ones, but that is not always the case. Example: I was given an appointment to see the doctor on a day he was on vacation. I phoned to confirm the appointment that morning and not only the doctor was no there, but they couldn’t find my name anywhere and they insisted I had to give them the exact date... read more

Dr Judy Chen is just fabulous! so caring and personally involved. Spends time with me, and really goes deep with her visit. I feel like Judy really cares. Also new addition to the staff, her assistant America was also excellent, very personable!
Always enjoyable and pleasant. Everyone great as usual.
