Had a blood test appointment. I was called right on time. Following my blood test, I’m supposed to have a blood pressure check. It took a long time, like almost two hours waiting. Finally, I was called. I didn’t like the long waiting period because there were patients coughing. Of course, everyone was wearing masks.

I've had issues for some time, but my recent interaction was a disaster. After a surgical procedure conducted by another doctor, Dr. Bruce's clerk proceeded to interview me after coming home and attempted to rush me to the Urgent Care in Dr. Bruce's name. This causing much confusion and upset for no reason. I considered this a major interference outside her job. Attempt to contact Dr, Bruce directly were unsuccessful, as usual.
