I thought my appointment went well. My doctor was engaging. I have no issues with my visit.

Whenever I call the folks are pleasant but it takes a long time to talk with someone in the doctor’s office. The Physician certification, from the doctor regarding a guardianship wasn’t strong enough for the court to decide to grant guardianship🤨
I was scheduled to see Dr. Hall at Burnham Las Vegas at 4:30 pm 12/14/21Tuesday. I prepared one hour but arrived 4:50pm because of bad weather and traffic jam. I apologized the delay and asked receptionist near the door to notify dr. Hou my presence . she said dr Hou may be packing and ready to go home, she may reschedule me and then went inside to office area. She reappeared 5 minutes later and told me she had to reschedule me to 12/17/21 Friday 9:30am. I complained her she should see the severed weather to understand patie... read more
Am not so happy with Humana, it doesn't cover Doctor's appointments co-pay charges, my card says "10 00" copay to see any specialist? I continue seen Dr. Steve Hansen at Shepherd Eye Center, for Cataract after my eye surgery follow up, and so end-up paying $10.00 plus another $30.00 for exams= $40.00. He recommends me to go see another Doctor for Macula surgery same test paid $40.00, why is that? My card says to see any specialist will be $10.00 doesn't make any sense.?
