Making an appointment was easy & my appointment time was respected & kept. Blanca was very thorough & I appreciated that she listened to my concerns and was both responsive & patient. Her assistant, Michaela, was also well trained and efficient. Overall, what one hopes all their other Doctor's office visits would be!
I found Ms Tenhet to be quite knowledgeable about my condition/s. She explained, at length, how they affect my everyday life. Blanca is straight-forward, down-to-earth, and to the point. I respect that about her. She is optimistic as well. I feel very comfortable entrusting my care to her. Dr. Portz has been my doctor since 2006 where he managed me thru a double bypass. I never feel hurried during appointments. I look forward to my appointments because he's not only my doctor but is a very nice and caring person.
Very caring, listens to every word you have to say. In my humble opinion the best of the best. Diagnosed the actual problem and treats it. Take all the time you need to. Almost never a wait.
