Dr Portz is exceptionally knowledgable, compassionate and affords plenty of time during appointments. He discusses issues at length and all necessary test results are explained in full with recommendations for treatment. He h as a kind and caring demeanor. Would highly recommend him to anyone seeking treatment for heart disease.
He is top notch! Very professional, knowledgeable of patient history, and punctual. Wouldn't see anyone else. Staff is well organized and friendly. 5 stars for sure!
Dr Portz is the best doctor ever! His knowledge and experience surpasses any doctor I've ever met. He literally saved my life at age 39 by finding a double blockage. Most doctors would not have been so diligent to keep looking for answers because of my age. However, Dr Portz went step by step to find the answers. He is such a professional, I'm so blessed to have found him.
Always pleasant and concern. Takes his time and not rush you out the office. I use to see him at the w Sunset Rd office. The staff there was Awesome too as well and Sienna Height office(Green Valley) I receive the same Awesome service at both locations. Would recommend him to my friends and family in a NY Minute!!
My husband was Dr. Portz patient for many years. Armand looked forward to seeing the good doctor because of the excellent care he was given. Dr. Portz always went above and beyond making sure that Armand had quality care when he was in the hospital. I am now a patient of Dr. Portz and I would never think of going to anyone else. I feel at easy with him and I can talk to him about anything. What a wonderful doctor and human being Dr. Portz is.
The office is mis-managed. He saw me filling in for one of the other doctors and I felt like I was inconveniencing him because I wasn't HIS patient. Very difficult to get an appointment in this office unless you walk in at 7:30 AM, otherwise, they tell you they're full and can't see you. When you call, the recording says that a "caring team member" will be with you. I have yet to meet a "caring team member" in this office or on the phone.
