Friendly staff! No wait time
Excellent visit! All staff was friendly.
No one checking temperature to get into the building nor making sure people were wearing masks. Only one elevator working to get to the office. I wish they had stairs nearby to get to the third floor quicker and safer.There was a line to get into the elevator. When we got there,, the lady who checked us in, wasn't as friendly. We had an appointment ar 110 pm and people who checked in after us (at least four patients), were called in first. Everyone at this office is extremely helpful and caring. From the front desk, to the nurses, to the providers. We're so grateful to everyone for taking care of our children.
The appointment was good, however the check in process was timely. It took a long time to fill out the patient form on my cell phone because of low service in a medical building. Which then delayed our appointment time and I was unhappy about that.
Love this doctor's office. My kids always have the best experience here.
