Candace Moore was so thorough and seemed to sincerely care about my daughters well-being. She answered all of my questions, and gave me some helpful information for development. It is nice to not feel like “just another appointment.”
Great care. I was happy to see that the office is open on Saturdays. That was ver helpful.
Clinical staff and provide was amazing!! But it all started from the front where registration starts. Very upsetting and so unprofessional. The front lady ask if I got both of the text to finish the check in process and when I was having problems I ask and the other ladies said to just read it with an attitude while talking about their relationship and issues. Candace Moore is very gentle and welcoming, I had my first visit for my little newborn baby girl she just knew what to ask and gave detailed answers its very important to me as I am a new mom made me feel comfortable and made sure I understand. Definitely keeping her for my baby's peds highly recommend.
