Dr took care of my problem and everyone was friendly and competent
I was a walk-in no appointment They provided wheelchair Had X-rays of my foot Doctor came and said I may need to have a specialist look at it. Wrote a prescription for a medical boot. Called in prescription for ibuprofen. No instructions what to do after that.
I was going to this facility because nurses from cenntenial locations told me that you guys can help me out because I got to wait more than a month to be seeing by my doctor, I told the nurse at your locations the symptoms I had ,they make me sign in and pay a $60 copay only to be told by the doctor that I need to got to the ER because they couldn't help me ,why the doctor would tell me that before I pay that they can't help me out ,so disappointed about how they treated me.

Quick care visit was not good doctor was a jerk .
The wait was long the visit with the doctor was very short less than five minutes and I still feel the way I felt when I came in with the dizziness. it hasn’t gone away all he did was just give me antibiotics, he didn’t see no ear infection but still give me anabiotic’s. it’s not working I still feel dizzy and it’s been a week already with it.
There was confusion as to when the appointment was. We arrived at Urgent care at 10:30 when we thought the appointment was. RECEPTION said we were at the wrong location. In looking up the appointment, they sent us back to Dr Reges p office who had referred us who turned us right back to Urgent care 30 minutes later all of which could have done at Urgent care without the run around which was the original reason for being there. Tell the people at the front desk to do their fucking job and update corrections when the patient tell them...been there 3x and I've told them every single time and still have yet to do it
