When I saw Dr. Taitano, he was nice and kind, but he forgot to write the prescription which he wrote down on his note, but so far I still haven't received the eye drops from CVS, they told me the doctor didn't send it to them.

Dr. Gonzales is great, spend extra time to solicit questions to further evaluate my health condition. His presence is pleasant and healing. The only unsatisfactory I have experienced was your time management. I arrived in the office 9:50 am for my 10:00 am appointment. I sat in the waiting room for 1 hour before I was called to come in. The assistant took my vitals and told me that my doctor will see me after he is done to one patient ahead of me. A two hours waiting period to receive a phone call is almost a joke. Why we do make appointments if we are going to wait that amount of time?

My cell phone is not compatible with the pMD app so I was not able to talk with my doctor. So now I have to see him in person and risk my health with the covid.
Dr. Taitano and the Nurse were professional and friendly. It was a good experience. Thank you.
