I had a good video visit with my doctor. He took time to address all of my concerns. He was very thorough in explaining my blood work and I truly appreciated that.
Although my electronic pre-registration wasn’t found in their system, everything went smoothly. Jenny was the medical assistant that called me to the back and was very helpful and pleasant. She made me feel comfortable and I waited for Dr Burley to see me. Dr. Burley was so cool and easy going and really showed that he cared for his patients. A. Burley and staff are great to deal with and are all very concerned about keeping you healthy and happy.
I had pre op stuff that needed to be done. Aaron Burley was super fantastic five stars all the way.!!!! The lab tech that did my blood work was listening to music in an ear piece as well as was slower as molasses going down hill. He wouldn’t speak to me, prolly due to his ear piece talking/singing whatever, Wondered around as if he was lost and took forever. He made my visit last longer and wasn’t a good first experience.
