I came in only a few minutes before closing time. Didn't wait at all had an infection on my elbow from a motorcycle accident they signed me in they put me in a room the physiciancame in he said what's up I said I have an infection on my arm I need antibiotics he said I don't think you do doesn't look and infected to me. I thought he was wrong. He gave me the antibiotics and they didn't do anything. Excellent customer service
The Dr.s are great but their telephone system is TERRIBLE! It takes 40+ minutes to get through and then you get transferred to the department you wanted in the first place. It has gone back to the way it was 2 years ago.
Intermountain ran this operation like professionals, and your people were forward thinking. Anticipating the next situation
They were print and very helpful...I felt very comfortable even with this pandemic
