We took a Covid-19 test 8/26 and still haven’t heard ANYTHING. We were told 48 to 72 hours for results. This is day 5. We were not even given a number or website to follow up. After taking the test only for upcoming possible procedures, and having no symptoms or exposure, we weren’t even allowed in the clinic! Yet if we had come 30 minutes BEFORE the test, we were told we would have been able to go in. That is an absurd policy, especially since everyone knew there was no suspicion of Covid!!!!

Everyone was very nice and listened to my problem. Dr. Tom came in and explained what he was going to do, the nurse came and flushed both ears and kept me calm throughout the procedure by talking to me. Before I knew it I was pain free and could hear perfectly! Thank U so much!
