Sanitation was poor, was made to fill out documents already on file with dirty possibly infected clip board and pen! Dr. Used a used stethoscope on me and others very nasty. Staff was sanitizing with hand sanitizer instead of washing their hands. If i get Covid it is from them. I also was made to get this test even though i have no symptoms and I have lupus. Dont feel safe or protected and i need to see my physician.
I stumbled on the road while on my morning walk damaging both the my hands. I went across town to Intermountain Health Care because i knew they would be able to take care of the wounds. Great service, great care. They sent a referral for the wound care people to come out to check on the wounds. No appointment yet, waiting for them to call me. I xalled thus morning asking about time. It all has to be processed.
They don’t even ask my medical allergy to give me a prescription
Everything went smoothly I was in and out within an hour and thankful everything was good .The staff and doctor was very professional.
Everyone was caring, and had patience. Took the time to listen to me. Social distancing was great I felt comfortable.

Quick to receive the Covid19 test result needed for my return to work after quarantine. The security guard remembered me when I took the test for I found my mom dead in her home due to Covid19. Thank you for remembering me in my time of sadness.
