Everyone was very nice and efficient my visit was very thorough
The testing was done well. Wait time longer than it should have been. Had an appointment at 1:30 saw someone at 2:15. Question whether I was the next patient. I was. A walk in came in after me and when I questioned it they corrected it. Should have paid better attention. There was only 4 people in the waiting room. Not sure how many in the exam rooms. 3 I think. I’m a senior with dementia my visit was great
I was instructed how to use the iPhone to do the virtual talk I don’t know what it’s called but being a senior citizen they helped me a lot because I didn’t have an iPhone I use my sons they gave him the information and they called me I was very happy to see my doctor again. The staff is very knowledgeable very courteous have so many things to say about them they are so good.
Outside with all the security it appeared to me like a prison. The online portion did not apply to me when checking in. My company pays for the service Therefore the online information Did not apply but I had to complete it with personal insurance info. Paperwork would have been much better and easier. If there was paperwork it would show everything is prepaid by my company. The staff in the back of the desk was no help and the one of the two ladies was on the phone at all times for other patients calling therefore could not... read more

I call them to know the Result no one helps me.The nurse I believe her Name is Maria hung up at me more than 4 time.
People are friendly the nurse practitioner knows what she is doing unlike the chinese woman practitioner who is afraid of dispensing prescription.
