Although all computers were down all staff was really apologetic but for my first visit I found my visit thorough & although I accidentally left before visit was done they had no problem completing my tests
I was very concerned because I was exposed to COVID positive co-worker I called after hours and was told my doctor would contact in the morning. She was very compassionate and understanding The next morning I was contacted by an associate of Dr Washington and advised I had an appointment to get tested the next day All the personnel at the Wynn testing site were caring and efficient Thankfully I tested negative A stressful situation was handled efficiently and caring by all involved Thank you!

Professionally handled my testing. I like it that my vitals were taken and that procedure was explained well
We went to take the test not knowing what to expect and were cared for very professionally. And friendly.
I was very dehydrated (mostly by my own fault) and had some, what we have deduced, some foodborn illness and the staff was incredible. From the front desk staff to the check in nurse to the nurse practitioner that treated me, I was met with nothing but kindness and compassion. It was a great experience and I'm so thankful.
