I had flown in to Las Vegas to celebrate my born day with some friends when I got hurt. The wait time at the Urgent Care was very minimum and all the staff members that I encountered were great. The nurse was very engaging, gentle and professional. She helped ease the pain with her since of humor and her kindness. The doctor had very good bed side manners. The receptionist was very efficient and professional. The x-ray technician was very kind and professional. It was an overall great experience.
Great I felt better when I left knowing and being told I had no worries
The check in was quick and easy. The wait time was approximately 5 minutes. In the exam room the wait was less than 5 minutes for the Dr. He examined me and quickly explained to me what was attacking my body and how to defend my body and attack the attacker. I was then on my way to secure the prescription. Now few days later my body is responding in a positive healing manner. I call that Success, HALLELUYAH !!!
Was in and out quickly. Dr and nurse were both very nice and took care of my blocked ear. Great care!
