My Google review seemed to disappear so I'll post here: I can't fault the whole company because of our terrible experience but I would recommend staying away from the Lumina office for your buying and selling needs. The broker-in-charge is not responsive when problems arise with the agent. Looking back, our selling & buying experience really was a comedy of errors.
