The staff at invisible fence have been great! Have had the invisible fence for a year and a half and it’s been great! No problems! Would highly recommend!!
We had invisible fence installed approximately 9 years ago and it still works great. We are on the battery replacement program for the collar which gives us security that we will receive the battery when needed to ensure the safety of our pet.

My experience has been great! I appreciate the training support. My dog and I love it! My only complaint is that I requested they use a specific outlet in my garage and they didn’t use that one. Now I curse out that installation every time I want to use that outlet.
The experience was good. We did feel however that there were a few flaws. The guy we had was super friendly but the correction wasn’t working on the collar. For the 2 first times that he was trained. When he went to put the other collar on he put the puppy in the truck on the seat and the door was open. When he turned his back the dog tumbled out on to our driveway. Thankfully the puppy wasn’t hurt..
All the trainers were very knowledgeable and great with our puppy and explaining the process as well.
