very thorough
The installer/ trainer was very well equipped. They explained the procedures that would make the use safe for my pet and myself.
Excellent service Gary was great
All of the reps were and have been great. Obviously dog lovers. So far my very inventive beagle, who is an escape artist, has been contained and therefore safe.
The person I chatted with was clear and concise - very helpful and much appreciated.
The trainer was great and Clarence caught on very quickly. He chewed his collar and it was replaced very quickly. I have the same system for 15 years and love it.
Very good customer service
I self-installed the cabling for our 1st German Shepherd/Husky mix in the early 90"s. After he passed on, we were without another until early 2010's. I.F. of Syracuse came out & made sure fence still in good working order. We now have a new GSD puppy who will be trained on the boundaries when a little older. Over the years Invisible Fence staff & service techs have always been knowledgeable, helpful & personable. Will be contacting them soon to make sure still working properly.
I visited your location twice, both times the staff could not have been more accommodating.
