She was so very understanding and provided my wife and I high levels of professional representation. Ioana made myself and my spouse feel rest assured when we found out we could make an extension to our Loan, we are so glad we had her as our Loan officer!

In more than 15 plus months of working with Ioana, due covid and material shortages and multiple delays, Ioana has always been there checking on me for at least a week or so to ensure I am taken care of. she is one of the reasons I patient this long with the builder. It was a long pleasant ride with her. And I appreciate the work and the untimely support I got from her.
