Ioana always went out of her way to answer questions no matter how busy she would be. she was always patient and took her time to make sure I understood the process and to verify if i was comfortable with the experience. It was obvious that she cared and wanted to KB itself was not easy to work with but Ioana was easily the most pleasant part of this experience.

This was a very smooth process! Ioana was so easy to work with, she is a great listener and also very empathic. Over the course of this year, I loss my father and my wife loss her mom both of your parents are overseas and traveling was restricted due to covid. Aside from that it was also the stress of having to deal with all my father's unfinished business.
