there was some bigger lady named alison in their office who was INSANELY unprofessional for no reason. literally seemed drunk. the water and the electricity randomly shut off for no reason. do not live here!! utter nightmare.
I am not a resident (yet) but I will say this Allison the leasing agent is a true god send! She’s very helpful and resourceful. She tries her best to make sure she is explaining the process of your application. She is very thorough and just overall an amazing asset to this company . Even if we don’t end up here at iron gate I had to leave a review for her she is amazing!!!!!!
I have been living at Iron Gate a year a few months. Any and every issue I’ve had which has not been many, the management has answered in timely manner. John the property manager really cares for the tenants and helps us in any way possible including lowering cost of some things/fees. All you gotta do is talk to him! If he doesn’t have the answer he always makes sure to call or email you back. I’ve been pleased living here
I lived here for a year and couldn’t wait until my lease was up. The place is infested with mice and the property management doesn’t do anything about it. There was never parking and there was always trash overflowing from the dumpsters. The assistant property manager Lauren was extremely awful never responded to emails on timely manner and was never willing to help. Honestly dont waste your time or money here.
I never review things, but this apartment complex has been wonderful. My wife and I moved in 5 months ago. The office has always been straight forward and helpful, and they follow through with what they say. Our apartment was totally renovated before we moved in because I guess there is a new owner, and it looks great. I am happy to live here!
