I have been visiting here for several years and recently moved to the area. The service has gone down hill over the last 2 years with the ever popular pandemic excuse from higher rates, less time allowed, no longer giving military/ veterans discounts etc. This last visit there was NO hot water in the shower with no warnings or explanations period. Could be a nice place again if they get their act together!

customer service immediately judges their customers and does not help them at all. very disappointing because I was a fan of iron mountain before this day. couldn't believe that I was immediately judged just because other people took advantage of iron mountain. I wanted so bad for my family to try it here. never will recommend this place to anyone.

Not very helpful, I needed to see how the pool set up to make sure it was walkable and was told No, I could not go 20 feet down the hall to look, as everyone was being counted, whatever that means.

Feeling very discouraged: I’ve been trying to make an online reservation since 10:12am. Here it is 11:10am and still no reservation. I input my gift card, it tell me the amount available so it must register the card but will not finalize the reservation. It just gives an error message. I have checked the gift card number multiple times with the same result. The website says to call if you receive this message more than once. due to covid u only get a 2hour block. which goes by fast and there still is alot of people. if they are going to put a 2 hour block then they need to make sure there is room for everyone to use all the pools in time. also depending on where u are coming from. a 3 hour drive one way is not worth a 2 hour block

This was the worst day of my life. We were there for 15 min with 14 people and was asked to leave because we were to loud . We weren't doing anything but talking but we had a lot of people so of course we were louder then most but omg.. we were asked to leave so 14 of us got our money back and left

I love the new Hot Springs in Glenwood but there is a huge issue there. They have shade until the breeze starts blowing. Then they close all the shade awnings over the few hot pools that they have them over. That is a huge issue for a lot of people. You guys should really think that one over. Get better sun awnings that can stand up to the wind we have here in Colorado. Also we didn't have wind yesterday, we had a slight breeze.
