First visit there. The staff did not seem to be to knowledgeable or enough of them working for busy holiday weekend. Person was hurt by wind gust in adult section so lifeguard left his post in family section to investigate what happened. Even thought there were plenty of other staff attending to the injured guest. He did not come back for at least 30 min. No one watching family pool all that time. Staff needs better training

Went up as a family last Thanksgiving and my 4 and 5yo had a great time. With the small hot springs pools, larger pool and jetted hot"tub" they were able access all of the pools. They continuously ask to go back! Was VERY kid friendly for our family. Much better and highly recommended over the other hot springs pool (bath tub).

It was a nice relaxing day trip from Snowmass but will take 1-1 1/2 hrs to get there. We had a good bus driver who gave us directions on how to get here from bus to bus. Once you get to the bus stop you have to walk about a 1/2 mile to the springs. They have a very nice locker room. You can get drinks and sandwiches The vapor caves r not near these springs The person at the desk basically range us up and took the $$$ before even greeting us or telling g us anything about the place and we had to ask all the questions. Overa... read more

This place is terrible. Stay away, so the rest of us can enjoy it in peace. And don't bring your kids... Ever. This is definitely an adult only place in which, has a wonderful bar that you should never enjoy....

I wish I saw the sign that told where young kids were not allowed & allowed sooner, picked a nice relaxing grass area & 5 minutes later kids screaming all over the place. Then they play nice relaxing music in the whole area but the guy 10 feet from us was playing his music and it was not great so I wish they would tell people they cannot do that. The prices for food are to high. When we came back later in the day we went on the side with all the Smallpools and no kids & really enjoyed the evening.

The views during the sunset we're very pretty and it was a clean Hot Springs for the most part. Some downfalls are there were small children in the adult-only side. There also was some chewed-up something in the rock landscape next to tub's and the tub's could use some cleaning. The steps were not very well marked causing some toes to get stub.
