I have been a resident of this neighborhood for about 2 years almost. In the beginning it was a great experience. After moving, there was a checklist to make sure anything that needed to be fixed was addressed. Something’s were, other issues were never addressed & resolved. After multiple requests were submitted. As months progressed, things began to be unresolved tremendously. This place has gone downhill since I moved here. When I first moved in a few years ago it had well maintained grounds and residences. Maintenance was ran so smoothly that they did upkeep on appliances, lighting and a/c and heat. You’re not going to get that kind of service currently. If you think you will be compensated for inconvenience or unanswered service calls. You’re not! You’ll be referred to your own Renter’s Insurance. The actual apartments are pretty nice - washer & dryer in unit & relatively new appliances in the kitchen. However, the maintenance staff is either horrendously slow or severely understaffed. It takes weeks/months to get something done. This property also has a lot of geese, which is fine. But there is geese waste nearly everywhere in the grass. Apartments here are beautiful😍! But the pool staff? Not so much😕. We were having a nice family pool day🥰, until my two children went into the bathrooms to which they heard moaning/ swear words coming from the handicap stall😒. From how they described it, I’m assuming someone in this stall was having intercourse😟! There was also a very foul smell of marijuana coming from the bathrooms. I love these apartments😊! But maybe be a little more strict on staff.
