From the moment I walked in, Mack and I were greeted by a friendly and professional staff. Shakia, showed several units, some weren’t for me and we even had a good laugh (Steps)…. Overall, she kept a pleasant attitude and I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. Thanks Shakia and others who answered any questions I had.
Our dryer had gone out, We knew they were busy, once the guy got here he accessed the belt was broken and tried to fix the engine. We needed a new dryer, we had new one by the end of the week, a new dryer. We're pretty happy with it,...
I am a new resident here and love it ! Shakia from the rental office did an outstabding job of assisting me throughout the rental process and following up to see I was satisfied in my new dwelling. Shakia is the best !!!! Definitely recommend it here.
So I had the best experience I’ve been searching for a place to live for over three months and when I came to stonegate Shakia was awesome made you feel like a normal person and not just some leasing agent down to earth and great showed me a place and it was done deal after that she handles all my concerns, answers all my questions I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be in contact with about my experience
This place has gone downhill since I moved here. When I first moved in a few years ago it had well maintained grounds and residences. Maintenance was ran so smoothly that they did upkeep on appliances, lighting and a/c and heat. You’re not going to get that kind of service currently. If you think you will be compensated for inconvenience or unanswered service calls. You’re not! You’ll be referred to your own Renter’s Insurance.
