From the moment I walked in, Mack and I were greeted by a friendly and professional staff. Shakia, showed several units, some weren’t for me and we even had a good laugh (Steps)…. Overall, she kept a pleasant attitude and I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. Thanks Shakia and others who answered any questions I had.
Our dryer had gone out, We knew they were busy, once the guy got here he accessed the belt was broken and tried to fix the engine. We needed a new dryer, we had new one by the end of the week, a new dryer. We're pretty happy with it,...
I have been a resident of this neighborhood for about 2 years almost. In the beginning it was a great experience. After moving, there was a checklist to make sure anything that needed to be fixed was addressed. Something’s were, other issues were never addressed & resolved. After multiple requests were submitted. As months progressed, things began to be unresolved tremendously. This place has gone downhill since I moved here. When I first moved in a few years ago it had well maintained grounds and residences. Maintenance was ran so smoothly that they did upkeep on appliances, lighting and a/c and heat. You’re not going to get that kind of service currently. If you think you will be compensated for inconvenience or unanswered service calls. You’re not! You’ll be referred to your own Renter’s Insurance. The actual apartments are pretty nice - washer & dryer in unit & relatively new appliances in the kitchen. However, the maintenance staff is either horrendously slow or severely understaffed. It takes weeks/months to get something done. This property also has a lot of geese, which is fine. But there is geese waste nearly everywhere in the grass.
