complete rip off . wanted to do surgery before dog was even seen
I don't know what happened to the staff at Ironwood? They used to be so helpful and on the ball. There was a young girl in front named Lynnsie, she was so great and had everything ready and remembered my name and my baby girls name too. The doctors always looked like they were in a good mood and now they look so rushed and never have time to talk. Customer services has gone out the window. I am sad that I have to leave Ironwood after 10 years.
Nothing was majorly wrong with the service but most of the staff was rude and the few times I had to call I was on hold for 10+ minutes. My dog acted so uncomfortable and was clinging to me the whole time, which is very unlike her, even at a vets office. The vet acted like he cared way more about a pay check than he did my animal and it was just over all an uncomfortable experience for myself and my dog.
very rude staff and doctors. attempted to fix it and never was contacted back. would never want to see the tech ever again, horrible and unkind
We changed vets when I had to physically show up at their front desk to make an appointment for my ill pet. I was on hold long enough to have the call roll to vm twice and no one called me back. I just didn't get the sense that the office staff cared much about my pets. The medical care was fine, but the front office was not good.
I strongly suggest for you not to take your pet there. Most of the techs there are rude. The veterinary doctors only spend a few minutes in the room with you and your pet. But leaving all of that aside the worst part is the management. Save yourself the headache and money and just go to another vet in town. Anyone is better then ironwood
I strongly advise you not to take your pets here! I started with Ironwood over 14 years ago when my old boy was a puppy. Dr. Perry and Dr. Stack cared for him and always made sure he had the best of care. About a year ago I had a long conversation with Dr. Stack about the inability for me to take my boy in since he was over 90 lbs and he had large tumors and bad hips. LOOK From the Time we got there to the time we went home they were finding different ways to charge us for what we didn't need , and I kept saying no, it was like they are trained to sell you ,they were not concern for our cat just their own pockets , I don't feel warm and fuzzy at all , be careful and don't let them talk you into something you don't need , they are good at it or just stay away from there
