They don't deserve any stars!! If your animal is injured, don't take it here.. seriously..!! The vet on call didn't take the time to find out the extent of my dog's injuries to her mouth, even tho I told her to sedate my dog. The vet only examined my dog to the extent that she could tell me that my dog was fine to go home, and to see my vet in a day or two for a couple of sutures in her cheek. Front desk and Ironwood Book keeper don't seem to comprehend the word "CANCEL" We cancelled our pet's PAW plans over 60 days ago, confirmed the cancellations, were told they were CANCELLED, and Ironwood continues to debit our bank account for services we no longer require or want. I called 6 days ago to cancel all further services and scheduled appointments with this business and told them we were continuing to receive their scheduled debit reminders to our registered email account. Last week I took my cat in because he was very sick and running a fever. I have been a customer for over 4 years, and because I couldn't pay the same day, they flat out refused to see my cat..even though we've never had a problem paying the same day before. I was in tears and they still said no. I couldn't and still can't believe it. I took my cat to Chaparral Veterinary Clinic and they had no problem postponing payment for me, a NEW CUSTOMER. I went to this clinic for under a year. I do not suggest getting any of their paw plans. First off your visits may be free but they will make stuff up just to have you buy some prescription for your pet. Then when your plan is up they continue to charge your account even after calling you the month before to verify you are not renewing and it is your last payment. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Advertise on google that they have a dog dermatologist. Called today and they do not have one. My dog is SUFFERING from severe allergies and this vet was the only chance we had at fixing our dog. We have been raising money to afford the vet visit. Thank you for the FALSE advertisement.

I am so dissapointed with Ironwood. I tried to make an online appointment last week via their online request with no response. Today I instant chatted with them and was told my sick dog could not be seen do too a balance over $30 which I was unaware of. No problem ..just get my dog in!! Hmm billing is closed until Monday and there recommendation was to take her to the ER Vet:(
