This rental company will overcharge you when you move out an lie about things they say needed fixing we are currently suing them. Air conditioner hardly ever worked once went three days with no air during summer.
Well, let’s tart with the house. I was so excited to finally start over with my daughter after a divorce. I will say the communication isn’t terrible. They responded to be promptly for the most part. However, the day I moved into the home it was NOT cleaned to a move in standard. There was a broken window, my oven didn’t work, my garbage disposal had a nasty moldy rag jammed in it and ROACHES!!!! One star bc I can’t give them ZERO Let me start by saying I am a tenant, til the end of August 18’ I have leased two properties (3 leases total) over 3yrs. FIVE stars would have been my review up until the last year. MRS BRIDGETT retired and this company lost all morals and values. The staff in the front office changes so frequently the miscommunication and disorganization is apparent and falls on the tenant to ultimately do their job.
