I signed property management agreement with Isbell Properties about two month ago. They have not found a tenant and I had Bad communication experience with all employees including Joshua Isbell. No one is following up on my phone calls or emails. I've called about work orders inside a house, about lowering rent and deposit amount, special advertising including lowering a rent. If I could give this company negative stars I would! Do not rent through these people at all!!! They are beyond trash! We put in $500 (yes I have all the receipts) to repair and have the house spotless when we moved out! Almost 5 years of renting one of their properties they never came out for work orders, after all the hail storms in 2014 they wouldn't even fix the leaking roof. Wow. She missed one payment and you sent her a letter stating to pay late fee of $200 or else. You don't have the guts to call her. You have her phone number instead you sent a letter. She's a widow and an amputee!!!! She's been taking care of the place and y'all treat her like shit!
I had no problems with this company until i moved out. I had professional cleaners go in and clean the house from top to bottom and now they are trying to say that the house needed cleaning. I had professional carpet cleaners go in and clean the carpets and now theyre saying the carpets need redone. All of that is a lie! Worst....landlord/property manager....EVER!!!!! Verna aka Mama Slumlord is a joke! Josh Isbell baby Slumlord is a money hungry creep. And Brigit. Well shes voluntold what to do. Don't waste your money and time with these people. There properties are in poor condition and have the audacity to charge you for repairs. AC has NEVER worked. Biggest mistake of my life!!!!!
