RecommendedIsland Family Medicine is an amazing office! Everyone is nice and helpful and informative! The front desk staff are extremely nice, the providers are knowledgeable and caring. The clinical staff is very helpful and caring! I have taken both my children in and amazing experiences all around!
The entire staff has always been friendly and helpful to me any time that I have been there. 😊 But one staff member stands out a little more than the others! Her name is JAMIE and she draws blood from me on occasion....And I hate it every... single... time!! 🙄 Lol .....And I am a big baby when it comes to that and I let her know that on our first introduction. I'd give Dr. Blair and his entire staff 10 stars if I could! Everyone is so kind, and patient. I never worry who I am going to see for my appointment, because I completely trust each one of them.
Dr. Blair and his staff are such a great group of professionals. Dr. Blair himself, is always so kind, and ready to help. He is an exceptional, skilled Doctor. His staff have always been courteous and pleasant.. I’ve been wanting Botox for a while but I’ve been super nervous. Sharon calmed all my worries, helped me navigate through what I wanted. I liked that she was conservative, I love my results and I will def be a regular!

Our daughter sees a lot of doctors at Duke as well as UNC and New Hanover and will not let anyone draw her blood except her Mrs. Jamie at Dr. Blair's office. She tells them at Duke if you need bloodwork you have to wait for it to come from Jamie at Dr. Blair's office. Jamie makes her feel safe and comfortable and she is great with kids.

Being in the high risk age group, I was reluctant to sit in a doctors office to have routine bloodwork done. I was pleased to hear Island Family Medicine offered to do take the blood sample with curb side service. I just got back from having my bloodwork done and I'm impressed at how efficient the process was and how this practice has adapted to the needs of their patients.
