I had them come out to clean a pool that hasn’t been open in two years. They were specifically instructed to remove the leaves. It didn’t happen. The technician just dumped chemicals and barely got any leaves out ON TWO VISITS! I also asked about the white foam on the water surface (caused by high organic load in the water) and he hadn’t a clue what it was (it’s actually a fairly common problem). RecommendedI am so happy that I found Island Pools. I have had great service for three years. They are responsive and efficient. They have made every effort to help me save money. I could not be more pleased. They have made my life so much easier. I recommend them to everyone who needs help with a pool.
Unfortunately this year my pool was not cleaned with the same quality and care as last year. I paid 291.00 for a scrubbing cover removal chemicals and was supposed to clean the pool. Nothing changed from last year in terms of the pool condition. I guess to Island leaving my pool green Unscrubbed on the sides and with tons of dirt debris and leaves was acceptable for the price. Anything additional I’m told will be with a cost to me.

I couldn’t recommend this company enough. Came out last minute for a repair, which was fast & flawless. These guys are knowledgeable and you can tell that they love what they do!
