Love living here! My family and I have lived here since March and absolutely love it! Everyone in the office are super nice and help you right away. For example my emotional support animal was lost and they helped by putting up posters with her picture up! I really appreciated that ?? Maintenence is always on top of fixing anything that needs to be fixed.

Good place to live Super happy here. I had a lot of work orders in my first couple months but Bo and Josh are amazing maintenance guys and get my stuff fixed super quickly. Always enjoy running into them on the property to say hi.

Life is Grand at Island Villas I think our apartment is beautiful. I love the layout and I most especially love the staff. I've lived in other apartments where maintenance was almost non-existant. But, the staff and maintenenace team here work hard to respond swiftly and fix your problem. I've also been made to feel very welcome here. There are a few things I wish were different. But, that is true where ever you live. All in all, it's a great place!

The Best! We love our apartment at Island Villa. The pool and gym facilities are great, and the management is very helpful.
Could be better There’s always random people that don’t live here coming to the pool every weekend. Sometimes families of 15+. Never any parking because they don’t fix the gate. What’s the point in giving tenants pool bracelets if they don’t enforce it?

Verified Renter Neighbors leave trash out by their door all day, everyday & not in a trash can. That draws roaches. Also, the people who pick up the trash don't always take everyone's trash. I have been out walking my dogs & I have seen them go upstairs & bring some trash down, but leave others. If something spills out of the bags, they just leave it.

Watch out for pest Number one complaint from two different units I lived on were the pest. German roaches everywhere. Food had to be stored in the fridge at all times, even dry goods. It’s not a child friendly community and watch out where you step. Dog poop everywhere.

Verified Renter We have had nothing but problems since moving in. We moved into a roach infested apartment. Our light bill was $400 for the first few months without us running the AC, obviously indicating a problem. It was brushed off for so long. The pool is always green and dirty. The staircase’s railing is failing and rotting away. Ally trash service employees are so lazy and not worth the money I’m paying in fees.
