Verified Renter The staff was great. Great staff. The Maintenance always on point. Everyone was always helpful with great attitudes. My upstairs neighbors were very loud but other than that I really liked living there

Verified Renter We are a family of 4 and so far so good. It’s mostly quiet and the people around us are friendly . As far as the units themselves I wish the shelves in the laundry room weren’t so darn high lol. There could be a bit more storage space, we usually have our mop and brooms out cause there isn’t a closet or anything to store anything. I love the kitchen. Friendly staff with great communication I chose Island Villa for their great prices and their friendly staff. They genuinely care about you and making sure you can call Island Villa home. They are pet friendly with many pet stations throughout the entire complex.

Safe and Friendly The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with any issue and they know what they're doing. I feel safe enough to walk around the complex by myself. Great place for my dog to be with me, even though the dog park is kind of small but there is a nature walk just down the road

New Resident I am new to Island Villas, and went ahead and signed my lease before moving to the Corpus Christi area simply because of the warm welcome, hard work, and effort that was given by the leasing agents and staff, Heather in particular . Heather made this process an easy transition and was able to provide me with all the information needed in determining, selecting and setting up my new home. Upon arrival The Island Villa Community was everything I was looking for and more. 10 10 Recommend
