Verified Renter I love it here. But for it being a gated community, the walk in gates are always left wide open. And we have had people pulling on door handles to the point to one of my door handles popped off.

Verified Renter The area is great, the people are nice, and maintenance gets things done fast. However, recently, the pest control email dates have been incorrect. They stated that you can request pest control whenever, so I guess that's a solution. But overall, it's a pretty good place to stay.

Verified Renter Great staff they are very helpful and sweet! It’s just a poor area and residents are also not great. Smell of weed, loud neighbors, blasting music late at night, and other issues.
