The landscape is kept up it's visually appealing great curve appeal. I absolutely love my community here at Island Villa!!

Verified Renter Move is was a breeze. The office personnel made it extremely easy, everything was online or over the phone due to my busy work schedule. The community has been great as well no complaints on my end. Only bad thing I would say is the roaches in my kitchen. Not terrible but you see them every now and then.
