The last few times I went I lost so fast I was only plan $0.25 and still lost $20 in 20 minutes it wasn't worth the drive as far as there restaurant I can eat cheaper at Red Lobster

At 6:51 pm I went to Tradewinds to order a Chef Salad and since they didn't have one in the cooler they said I couldn't have one because it had to be made. I asked how long and the attendant told me it would be at least an hour. Unacceptable. My brother ordered a flat bread pizza that had to be made and he got it in 5 minutes.

Hotel is great, casino sucks. Come win and you do and they say you're a winner and take you to a special place and take 25,000.00 away from u. But don't tell the other contests or complain. What bull shit

Hi Diane. As you may be aware, every contest, tournament and drawing we organize includes official rules. In this case, it came to our attention that a particular winner did not meet the requirements. As a result, although both the customer and our staff were disappointed, the entry was disqualified. We will be in direct contact with those individuals who were in the final drawing for the car in order to determine a new winner.
Only go to the boats to have fun. Loose or win just to have fun!!! Just too disappointing lately when we go here lately. Buffet seemed to be warmed over and the only new item put in the trays were fried chicken. Everything meat and vegetables looked and tasted like heated up and had been in the trays for too long. Waiter was very pleasant and attentive. Playing the last two times cannot gain on the machine to even hitting to keep me there. (Maybe its me but they just don't keep you going like Ameristar.) Never seen a casino close for cleaning.....hotel has good rooms but no offers of a breakfast bar.....casino can offer more if they want people to come and play....
