Received a free offer for hotel room. Called to reserve and they are all booked on free rooms. I would have to pay around 50 bucks for a room. Asked if anything could be done and, apparently, with new management, the answer was no. Sorry, Boonville, your loss.

Sucks since the new ownership has taken over. Lower cash bonuses and food credits suck. Machines verily rarely bonus. I have watched people poke $500 in penny slots and never even get the bonus. I don't see this casino making money must of purchased this as a tax right off cause they are not paying out in slots nor their workers.

I always like staying in the hotel, the rooms are nice and comfy. But going in the casino is a whole different story. The new owners are not as giving and no matter what how much you play wether it's a 25 cent or a 1.00 you just can't win or at least i can't. Ugh

I was up until 11/14/2017 an employee at the hotel desk. I loved my job and I volunteered to stay when someone was sick and couldn't. We run on a point system there 10 points and your fired no questions asked. When i first Started 6 months ago i had emergency kidney surgery's and had to call in. I ended up having 3 back to back surgeries but only called in twice for it.all but 1/2 a point was taken. I was told that i would loose my job if i was late called in or done a no call no show. Slots are tight, buffet was soso. Dried out tiny steaks, cold steaks, fried chicken was good. Staff was good in the buffet. Bar staff was upset they didn't get a tip and it showed. The lady had an attitude anyway. Most likely won't be back. Bad experience. My grandparents used to go there allot. Not sure why now.

Love the fact you have my favorite card game, But buffet needs improvement. Crab legs have a great flavor but as small as they are and the price you pay it isn't worth the hassle of cracking them.

The slots are way too tight. I hadn’t been in a while until a few weeks ago. For the last couple of weeks I’ve been visiting because of it’s close proximity to Columbia. I seen much hasn’t changed, the slots are way too tight.

The one day in months that I had to get away and it sucked. Checked us in before telling us TV service is out. 10 hours later and still no TV. No explanation. Not a damn thing. If I get up in the morning with no TV, I will make damn sure nobody I know will ever stay here. Thanks for ruining my day.
