The staff is phenomenal. The property was somewhat disappointing. We had to cut our stay short because of unforeseen circumstances, but will probably not go back.
I asked for a room where I didn’t have to climb stairs , they had an elevator so no problems. But from where we had to park and where our room was was probably 1/2 a mile . My knees do not like to walk much less carrying luggage that far . The carpeting in the room was dirty and matted . The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner knob was broke but it worked great. All in all I would recommend this hotel again . The security is wonderful no one is getting in the hotel without a room key .
