Had a very good time really enjoyed it :). Definitely will be coming back :).
The only hotel in the area, but was not bad. The casino part of the hotel is lacking at best. They are understaffed by far. The O&H restaurant was good and priced fairly.
All in all we had a great time, the cocktail waitresses and gaming is really the only negative we saw. Don't know if they were short staffed or the girls weren't doing there jobs but it took the cocktail waitresses about 35 minutes to bring us drink each time and at one point we had to ask management for a waitress because we asked her for drinks and she never came back after an hour and half. Nice hotel First time visiting and I had a good time, hotel was clean and quite. We had a great stay, everything was great.
Okay hotel for casino purpose! We had to walk a mile to get to our room they need to update so that guest can enter at any entry door with their key card! There was a nasty wob of tissue between one of our beds. Housekeeping needs to be replaced! The remote to the tv didn't work when reported it to the front desk they never took care of it! There wasn't a way to go to the front desk/resteraunts for the kids without going outside in the cold and walking outside the casino! Isle if capri We had a great time my only issues were no remote in my room and the room I reserved was not what I got. The staff compensated me for the foul up so I was ok...
Time away. The hotel has been renovated, since my last stay. Much cleaner now.
