Except for not having hot water, the stay was wonderful

Room was acceptable. Extremely long walk from front desk check-in to elevator, and another from elevator to room. Hallways were confusing and elevators were not clearly marked. I got lost twice. WiFi was non-existent.

Everything we needed! Short trip to watch grandchildren in local event. The room was comfortable with all necessary immenties. The eating establishments were great - food yummy!

Isle of Capri Upon entering the front of the Hotel & Casino, which wasn't clearly marked, I was disappointed to see the staff who would be parking cars preoccupied talking to each other instead of assisting those staying at the hotel. Once checked in we went to eat at the steak restaurant in the casino and the food was wonderful. The prices at the restaurant were very reasonable priced as well. I didn't like passing so many smoking sections and being in nonsmoking to still smell smoke, yuck!! The room was clean but there wer... read more

The only hotel in the area, but was not bad. The casino part of the hotel is lacking at best. They are understaffed by far. The O&H restaurant was good and priced fairly.
