I have been going through financial difficulty which made me very stressed out making my storage payments. Both Sherri and Thomas worked with me. They were both understanding & empathetic. Neither one of them wanted me to lose the contents of my storage which held sentimental contents such as the graduation memorabilia for myself and my daughter. The facility manager, Cathy, did a great job of showing me around and signing me up for my iStorage space where I will store my fishing boat. This particular location has excellent garage, under cover and outdoor storage options.
