Very understaffed, I couldn’t get a call back. I had to actually take time off yo go to the office. Hire some people - it’s unfair to the current employees to have to listen to unsatisfied customers because you don’t hire enough staff.

Very unique storage rental facility most units have plug-in and lights and very secure.. I worked with Melissa and Susan, and they’re always checking up on the facility via the golf carts.. Very nice lady to work with.. Rev. RIc Harris Army Veteran
