I needed a place to store some things as I'm moving at the end of the month. Paige was very helpful. She showed me the options available at the unit size that I thought I'd need. She helped me find one that was close enough to my vehicle for moving things conveniently. She explained everything very well and I got the discounted first month price. So far, so good.

I needed a storage locker in a hurry, and Ray was very helpful. He gave me the last large locker and I was able to move my stuff in right away. It is a very convenient location and you don't have to deal with elevators. Love it! Jean D.

I needed a place for the month of April to store my stuff. After calling around I found the Storage Business is pretty competitive and the different companies will often match competitors pricing to earn your business. I wanted to be in this area because of the proximity to my next residence, I explained the lower rates being offered by competitors and the Manager (Ray) let me know about the first month discount and that I could check one out before deciding. The gate has been broken since before Christmas so if you have an interior unit, good luck getting access to it. They have reduced their hours and even those hours are rarely honored. There is no direct number to the office and they refuse to offer any type of compensation for holding your inaccessible unit hostage. No one can give any answers as to why it is still broken or when it will be fixed. I have seen hand written notes left on the gate voicing the same frustrations.
