Raven was absolutely horrible and I ended up BEING AFRAID to store my belongings at this location. I tried calling just before the stated 1:00 lunch hour. We were on the line and I got disconnected. Lunch hour was stated to be 1:00. It just turned 1:00. I tried calling back over and over again and no one picked up so I figured Raven wanted to go on her lunch break. Scam. Once you put items in there, they pump up rent regularly. Extortionate practices. Upcharges galore. Extremely aggressive and unreasonable. Not climate controlled as marketed. Avoid at all costs.
If I could put less than 1 star I would. This place will literally sell the ashes of your Father just to make a buck right out from underneath you! Never would I recommend this place to anyone! Staff is rude, unwilling to answer emails or follow their own policies. Thumbs way down!

Don't rent here! This place is the worst. The man that runs it is rude and aggressive and he will do anything to rip you off once you're ready to move out. He's nice and friendly when you rent from him but after that his tune changes. I mean it's just a storage unit you rent temporarily. He seems to take it personal when you move out and becomes very hostile. If I need a storage unit again I will definitely not be using Simply Self Storage.
