I rented 2 different climate controlled units on the first floor at iStorage on West Davis in Conroe, TX. The company is owned by NSS Storage. I was given a rate of $99.00 + $12.00 must have insurance for a total of $111.00 per month per unit. After the 2nd month I received an email and a post card stating "periodically, we find it necessary for us to increase rental rates. This letter serves as your 30 day notice for a rate change". After attempting to lock my unit with the same lock and key I purchased from them, my key broke off in the lock. No biggie. So I call and spoke to Bryan the "manager". He told me it looks like I tried to get into it using the wrong key. I opened it with that same key so it's most certainly the correct key. He proceeds to tell me I need to pay for another lock and for them to cut mine off. We go back and forth and i tell him that there is a problem with how he speaks to customers.
